TrackChat Commands - How to Control your Live Chats

You can issue any of the commands below to control your chats. All commands begin with an exclamation mark (i.e. !)

!help

Displays our help screen and a reminder of available commands.

!name [name]

Set the visitor's name.

For example, to set the visitor's name to Thomas Buck: !name Thomas Buck

!email [email address]

Set the visitor's email address to [email address].

For example, to set the visitor's email address to tom@example.com: !email tom@example.com

!success

Record that the chat was successful

!ban

Ban the user you are chatting with. The user will not know that they have been banned; we won't deliver their messages to you.

!desk

Creates a new case in Desk.com

!is

Creates a new contact in Infusionsoft

!sf

Creates a new lead in Salesforce

!zd

Creates a new case in Zendesk

!transfer [username]

Transfers the chat to the operator with username [username]

For example, to transfer the chat to the operator with the username of thomas, type: !zd transfer thomas
