Zendesk CRM Integration with Live Chat
You can use TrackChat with Zendesk to create new support cases from your live chats. Here's how.
01. Find you subdomain. When you are logged in to Zendesk, it will be displayed in your browser's address bar.
02. Enter your subdomain, username and password in the dashboard integrations area.
And that's it! You are now set up to create support cases with Zendesk!
