We call the people that your website visitors will be chatting with Operators. TrackChat supports multiple operators. This means that when a visitor first sends a message from your website, it will get sent to all of your operators at the same time. As soon as one of your operators starts typing a reply, the remaining operators will receive a message telling them that the chat has been claimed, and from then on the visitor's chat messages will only be sent to that single operator.
Operators can also transfer chats between themselves. Let's say that a visitor asks your sales agent about payment terms, but then has a question about a specific question. Your sales specialist can then transfer the chat to your support specialist, who can then answer the visitor's question live!
